Dari awal booking sampai pulang, semuanya lancar dan terorganisir. Tour guide-nya (KAKA ALDI UYEEAH) informatif, ramah, dan selalu siap bantu. After a deep research and asking a bunch of travel organizer, I finally can say that I'm glad to choose eastiopia x eastnesiatrip for my long-awaited wishlist trip to Labuan Bajo. Mas Ferdi is fast response. I really thankful that I was traveling together with bang Rikar as our tour guide, he is very detailed and humble. Also, bang Viki who took care documentation patiently alongside bang Rikar. All of the Flores Utama crew, captain, chef are the besttt. I was a solo traveler but I can find some new friends and family from this trip. I didn't face any issues during my 3D2N sailing journey. The foods were all delicious (shout-out to the chef and crew! 👏🏻). The itinerary choices and timings are perfect. After all, actually this was my experience. I don't know with anyone complaining in the review but I just want to remind whoever reading this: "Your luck is also involved in this kind of Open Trip. Whether it's good or bad, it's already the best version our God's prepared for us." It's never too late to forgive the mistakes and focus on the positivity we can get from our own experience. I did two tours with them, one on a ship in Labuan Bajo ⛵️ and the other an overland trip in Sumba 🚗, and both were truly unforgettable! The views are, of course, to die for! But what makes it even better is that the crew on the ship in Labuan Bajo was highly competent, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. The guide and photographer on the Sumba overland tour were outstanding! They’re very professional, knowledgeable, and passionate about sharing the region’s history and culture. Everything was perfectly organized, communication was seamless, and I had nothing to worry about. I returned home not only with beautiful memories but also with a deeper appreciation of the local heritage and stunning photos. How to get to Komodo?

The easiest way is to arrive by plane. Labuan Bajo Airport is where you need to arrive. From Bali, it’s only a 1 hour flight. Check your flights on Air Asia or Traveloka

What should I bring with me?

Since the weather is usually sunny, you will spend most of the stay in bathing suits, so bring even a few of them. You will spend most time on board barefoot, but it’s good to pack some flip-flops and trainers for hikes. Occasionally, it can get a little bit cool in the evenings, so a light top is useful to have. We recommend to use rash-vests as they are a great solution to limit the use of sunblock. Avoid suitcases if possible and try to use soft collapsible bags.

What if I have special dietary requirements?

With enough notice vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and non-dairy diets can be catered too. Please let us know in advance of all dietary requirements or requests so we can make arrangements. We operate from relatively remote areas so it isn’t always possible to get specific ingredients, but we’ll always do our best to accommodate.

What safety equipment is on the boat?

There is one speed boat, life jackets, life rings, VHF Radio, visual and audio signaling devices (flares, horns), GPS, Fire extinguishers, and first aid kit.

Do I need special insurance?

We strongly recommend that you travel with insurance as you would for any other holiday.

What about tipping?

Tipping in Indonesia is entirely a matter of choice. If your stay exceeded your expectations, you may wish to leave a tip to the crew. They will share it equally between them.
